"Double Step" - a mentoring-program for girls and young women

"Double Step" is a mentoring-program for girls and young women. This program aims to motivate girls and young women to get interested in future-oriented majors and jobs as early as possible. Nationalwide so called "Girls-Technik-Clubs" are set off and accompanied by conceptional and didactical techniques. The girls and their mentors are able to experience and arrange engineering together so the girls can benefit from their mentors" experience and get an idea of their personal future job or life. This project consists of two steps in which pupils as well as students, alumni and young entrants can participate. The internet platform "future jobs for girls" (www.fujogi.de) introduces exciting and future-oriented jobs to young girls.
